Haleigh stepped into this leadership role on January 1st, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her. She’s been part of the PYFW community since 2024 and earned her 200-hour RYT in 2025, and if you’ve met her, you already know the heart she brings to our space.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from University of Saint Francis and loves blending yoga and nature. Staying connected to the earth, she believes, is key to staying grounded.

We’re so lucky she’s leading our studio into this next chapter! 🧡🙏

✨ Please welcome Abigail (Abi) Fierst to our team! ✨

Abigail L. Fierst is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the American Certified Massage School in 2001. Abi’s expertise in bodywork is highlighted by her specialization in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, and Relaxation Massages. Her skills in these modalities enable her to provide individualized treatments tailored to each client’s needs.

Abi completed a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Purdue University in 2009. Her academic achievements are complemented by extensive training in medical and educational interventions for children with special needs. This foundation has equipped her to support families and contribute to therapy outcomes throughout Northern Indiana.

Drawing from her diverse knowledge base, Abi integrates her expertise in human development, medical, and educational interventions into a whole-person approach to massage therapy.

Abi’s philosophy on healing considers everyone’s path in life. Abi enjoys spending time at the beach, gardening, listening to music, and being outdoors. Originally from Northwest Indiana, she is also passionate about animals and spending time with her loved ones.

Our new upstairs Solace room will open at the end of November ✨
• Located at the top of the stairs
• We will no longer use the front (Lafayette St) entrance once this room opens. All appointments will enter through the studio doors off the parking lot!

Accessibility note: We’ll still have one therapy room on the main level for clients who prefer to avoid stairs.
