Join owner Sarah Evans for an Alignment & Assisting Workshop certified for 5 hour CE through Yoga Alliance. This five hour workshop is designed for any level yoga practitioner or any yoga teacher. You will learn and experience how to create proper body alignment in yoga poses. You will also practice hands-on assisting techniques that will allow you to safely guide yourself and students into modified, deeper and more open variations of the poses.
The tools gained from this workshop will strengthen your body, prevent injury and create a lifelong practice.
