“PT is just exercises.” ❌ That’s a myth.
The real progress doesn’t come from a printed sheet of exercises.
It comes from:
• A thorough assessment that actually finds the root cause
• Adjusting your program as your symptoms change
• One-on-one time with a provider who knows your case inside and out
• Making the right changes at the right time
Anyone can hand you exercises.
Not everyone can build and evolve a plan around you.
If you’ve tried PT before and felt like it didn’t work… it might not have been the exercises. 👀
