Has someone you know positively impacted su***de prevention in one of the following areas: Front Line Responder, Outstanding Community Connector, Su***de Prevention Advocate, and Champion of the Year.
Awards will be presented at the Indiana Su***de Awareness & Prevention Summit on August 5th. Nominations are due June 16th.

We are excited to open nominations for the 2026 Indiana Su***de Prevention & Awareness Summit statewide awards. Award winners will be recognized at the 2026 Summit on August 5, 2026, at Wyndham West Indianapolis during lunch.

Individuals nominated could be a service provider (individual or organization) who goes beyond the care of a person and/or their family, connecting them to resources and promoting continuity of care. Nominees should be someone who has championed su***de prevention and awareness in the state of Indiana. Award categories include Front Line Responder, Outstanding Community Connector, Su***de Prevention Advocate, and Champion of the Year.

The committee welcomes presentations on topics related to all aspects of su***de prevention and to reach all parts of our communities. The scheduling committee does ask that all presenters consider how they will incorporate the theme (Building Connections to Foster Thriving Communities) into their proposed session, but seeks proposals from a variety of perspectives and at varying levels of experience to help us make this the best Summit we can!
