Two weeks from her due date and dealing with all the tension that comes with it. Neck, shoulders, lower back, and hips. Sound familiar?
Last week I had the honor of working with a mama who was in her final stretch. Using a special wedge pillow to keep her comfortable and inclined, I was able to address her neck and shoulder tension. Then we worked side-lying to release her hips and lower back.
By the end of the session, she felt a great deal of relief.
Pregnancy is beautiful, but it doesn't have to be painful. Rolfing can help you move and feel better in your body, even in those final weeks.
