Ortho NorthEast was founded in 1962 and is Fort Wayne's premier orthopaedic center. With our impressive roster of board-certified orthopedic physicians, qualified medical employees and satellite clinics throughout the area, ONE is among the largest and most experienced specialty centers of any kind in northeast Indiana. To serve you better, we've divided our practice into orthopaedic sub-specialty divisions. Although they're housed together on the same campus, each division has a reputation for excellence that stands on its own. Today, we're leading the way by being the first to offer new minimally-invasive procedures, such as eXtreme Lateral Interbody Fusion back surgery. As part of our full continuum of care, ONE has established the region's only Cartilage Restoration Center, a center of excellence for advanced cartilage repair techniques. We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Kailea, one of the amazing team members who helps keep our scheduling department running smoothly!

Kailea has a laid-back personality but isn’t afraid to speak up when it counts. She’s easygoing, adaptable, and always ready to roll with whatever the day brings. Her work ethic is top-notch. You can always count on her to be where she’s supposed to be and to jump in and help whenever needed.

And as an added bonus, she’s funny and brings a great sense of humor to the team!

We marked an exciting milestone for Orthopaedics Northeast (ONE) and for the Warsaw community!

We are proud to officially open our new Warsaw clinic and to be the first orthopedic group in the region to bring true subspecialty orthopedic care to Kosciusko County—including taking walk-ins with OrthoNow, ensuring patients have timely access to expert orthopedic care when they need it most.

This location represents more than a new clinic—it reflects what is possible through strong collaboration. Thank you to Parkview Health for being an exceptional partner as we expand care delivery alongside our newly opened ambulatory surgery center next door. Together, we are strengthening orthopedic access and continuity of care for this community.

We are also deeply grateful to Lake City Bank, Innovcare, and Robinson Construction—you are outstanding financial, real estate, and construction partners, and your collaboration was instrumental in bringing this vision to life.
