When should you consider surgery for hip impingement or a labral tear?

It’s not a decision that’s rushed. Most patients first try conservative treatments like physical therapy or other non-surgical options. But when hip pain begins to interfere with your daily life, and you feel like you can’t continue as you are, that’s often when surgery becomes a consideration.

In many cases, what you’re feeling aligns with what your provider sees clinically.

If your hip pain is limiting you, it may be time to explore your options.

Robotic technology is not limited to a small group; it can be used broadly to enhance precision during joint replacement procedures.

It’s one more way advancements in orthopedics are helping improve patient care and outcomes.

March is National Athletic Training Month, and at ONE, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible athletic trainers who keep our patients and athletes strong, supported, and in the game. 💪

From sidelines to rehab sessions, they’re the first to evaluate injuries, the steady voice in high-pressure moments, and the trusted partner in every recovery journey. Their impact goes far beyond the field; they help prevent injuries, guide safe returns to play, and advocate for athlete health every single day.

At ONE, our athletic trainers are a vital part of the care team, working hand-in-hand with our physicians to deliver expert, community-based medical care.

To the athletic trainers who show up early, stay late, and put athletes first, we see you, we appreciate you, and we thank you. 🏆

We recently had the privilege of hosting our Orthopedic Symposium at the Parkview Mirro.

With well over 100 attendees, the evening was focused on advancing musculoskeletal care through collaboration with primary care colleagues and referral partners across our region.

The goal:
• Share practical clinical updates
• Align care pathways
• Continue building a truly integrated orthopedic program

We are grateful to Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Joshua Kline, Parkview leadership, our expert faculty, moderators, and industry partners for supporting this educational initiative.

When we work together, patients benefit. And that’s what drives us forward.
