Number One
Botox and filler will not fix your concerns. They won’t correct a sagging jawline or significantly improve sallow, deeply wrinkled skin. If you are a surgical patient and you need surgery, that’s the conversation we’re going to have. I’m not going to send you down a rabbit hole of non-invasive treatments and promise results they can’t deliver.

Number Two
I’m not going to tell you that a little liposuction or a minor skin-tightening procedure will fix significant neck concerns. Those treatments are best for excess fat not sagging skin or neck banding. Those are surgical issues, and they should be treated as such.

Number Three
I won’t recommend minimally invasive treatments like RF microneedling or microneedling with PRP for severely wrinkled, weathered skin. Instead, we’ll talk honestly about options that are more invasive, but deliver real, long-lasting results.
