The 20/20/20 Rule Explained

Every 20 minutes:
Take a 20-second break
Look at something 20 feet away

Why it works:
•Relaxes the eye-focusing muscles
•Reduces eye strain, dryness, and headaches
•Helps prevent blurred vision from prolonged near work
•Encourages blinking (we blink less when staring at screens)

This tip works great for anyone who uses computers, tablets, or phones for extended periods of time.
