It’s Megan Enmerich — our spunky, fun-loving scrub tech with a heart of gold! ✨

Megan grew up in colorful Colorado before trading mountains for the Texas heat (and meeting her handsome fiancé, Paul). She’s been in ophthalmology since she was 17, and her passion for patient care is unmatched.

Her favorite part of the job? The “real magic” that happens when the team works together to change a patient’s vision and life.

When she’s not in the OR, Megan’s soaking up life with her baby girl, Mar Mar, and two adorable pups, Elway & Khaleesi. She’s all about family snuggles, laughter, and living each day as a blessing.

If you see her at PASC —don’t be shy, she’ll be the first to greet you with a smile! 😄

Say hey to Carly Hoskins — our fun-loving Assistant Clinical Director!

Carly grew up in the Keller/Watauga area and has been in the medical field since 2017. She joined our team in 2022 and has thrived in the world of ophthalmology ever since. Carly finds true joy in serving both her patients and her team, always bringing a positive energy to every part of her day.

Known as the ultimate silly goose, Carly is great at mixing hard work with a whole lot of humor — and she keeps us all laughing.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find her soaking up the sunshine, traveling, or spending quality time with family and friends. She’s incredibly grateful to work alongside the talented, supportive teams at Precision ASC and AVI — and we’re just as lucky to have her on ours! 💙
