Meet your LMT. ✌🏼
I have worked in the fitness/health industry since I was 16 years old. I have a background in personal training and have worked alongside physical therapists and chiropractors. I became a licensed massage therapist in 2020 and have worked with post op patients, general population, bodybuilders, and athletes at all different levels. Sports massage, deep tissue and corrective exercise is where my passion lies. I am constantly looking for ways to improve as a therapist through learning different techniques and continuing education. I am a huge football girly and working with the NFL Combine has been the highlight of my career thus far. In my free time I enjoy traveling and being at the beach. I have a lot I want to accomplish in life and i'm truly passionate about what I do!
