As many of you know, education is a huge passion of ours at Journey Hospice—not just for our community but for our own team as well. 🤓

We loved hearing our Marketing Director, Saundra, speak at the monthly FW LinkD networking meeting at Mira Vista Court. She shared about the importance of not being afraid to have difficult professional conversations, especially in healthcare where the topics can feel fragile.

Her message encouraged our community partners to stand bold, believe in what you’re saying, and advocate for yourself and your business so you can continue delivering the best care possible to patients.

At Journey Hospice, education is a huge part of what we do. đź“š

Healthcare decisions can feel overwhelming, and we believe every person deserves to understand their options and have their voice heard. That’s why we regularly host talks about advance directives, DNR orders, POLST forms, and how hospice supports patients when the time is right.

We had the privilege of visiting with the residents at The Vantage at Cityview and answering thoughtful questions about planning ahead. Knowledge empowers people to make decisions that reflect their values, their voice, and their wishes.
