I have absolutely loved seeing more and more applications coming in for Figure posing clients. It really warms my heart to see the division truly growing!!
Each of the girls pictured have yet to hit the stage yet 🤯🤯😍😍
👉🏼And this is the case for almost every division in bodybuilding! As the sport gains popularity, we can all win! There’s no competition between BIKINI, or WELLNESS, or FIGURE. It’s all a matter of preference with How you want to look and how you like to train. 🥰🥰
Everyone and every BODY is different and I love that bodybuilding gives each lady an outlet to showcase her muscularity, regardless of the level. 💪🏼.
I actually pose EVERY female division lol. I just happened to notice that this last week was extra Figure-full 😆😍

Figure client making some pretty cool progress together within our FIRST week!
Fun fact about Jenn- she’s a competitive Powerlifter looking to switch to Compete in the Figure division!
No timelines. Just ready to work. 🥹🙏🏼
Here’s the deets:
👉🏼We started with the intention of finding her maintenance calories before pushing to build. And yall were up to 2550 in 4 weeks and she’s still dropping weight- with the amount of muscle on this girl… I’m not suprised 😅😂
👉🏼 Jenn is consistent about sending training vids and implementing feedback. One thing I know is going to make her growth phase soo productive.
👉🏼 She Checks in on time and sends pics ( and we’re working to implement some posing soon!)
👉🏼 Steps are at 8000
👉🏼 Unintentionally dropped 5lbs 💀
👉🏼 Maintaining her size and strength.
This is super cool.
First time figure athlete right here and she’s doing the work needed to make her structured offseason a SUCCESS so that when we pull the trigger for a show- she’s MORE than ready 😈😈

Smaller portions? Spread out your food!
You can use smaller plates. Small smaller spoons. Cut them up into smaller slices.
Anything to make it last longer 😅😅
Additionally, I personally put the Fiesta brand cinnamon on everything 😋

In all actuality, it takes a lot to be my worst client.😅
One thing about these two is they SHOW UP! Every single week mostly without excuse 💯
Ways to be a good client:
👉🏼Do what your told.
- but don’t be afraid to ask questions if something doesn’t seem right or you’re unsure about how a protocol may fit into your life. It’s your coaches job to help you succeed within what you can handle.
If they can’t answer your questions 🚩
👉🏼 communicate what you need.
- Coaches aren’t mind readers 🥲 however, if they talk over you and don’t listen… 🚩
👉🏼 Make ways. Not excuses.
- you know you’re going to have a busy week? What can you do beforehand to set yourself up for success?
👉🏼 When they fall off… they get back on!
- One bad day isn’t going to derail everything. A bad week….?? 😬
👉🏼 If they aren’t working in person- they send training videos!
- as an online coach this is one of the best ways I can help my clients and make sure they are truly on the path to successs. Bad training = pointless. Bad training = higher risk of injury 😩😩
👉🏼 They checkin on time! Or show up to sessions consistently.
- I can’t help if I don’t know what’s going on. Or don’t see you 🙈🙈
These are just a few. Lately, I’ve been blessed with a really great roster in super proud! Can’t wait to continue watching each of them work to stay ON TOP of their goals an d absolutely crush the rest of this year!! 🥰🥰

Great adjustments today with 😍😍
I mean, look at the wings!! 🦋
A lot of times we make adjustments and find that perfect fit and then somewhere along the way we lose it… This is normal! If we are not doing perfect practice, then often times our bad habits tend to come back and sneak up on us.
That is one reason why I appreciate clients who Stay ON TOP of this and prioritize, their posing even in the off-season! This way come crunch time, We are not scrambling to catch up and stressing unnecessarily.
Really excited for Nikki and as they continue her offseason and priming before stepping on stage 💯

I found out that not all gym equipment is created the same… Meaning that they don’t provide an exercise breakdown or name even for the machine on every brand.
And honestly, that’s something I think I’ve always known! I just take my Gym for granted sometimes since we have not only pictures on the machines, but also a QR code that will take you to a video! 😆😆 shout out to
AnyWho, hope this little analogy can help somebody! I know it’s easy to get the 2 Ab/Ad confused.

Switching from Wellness -> Bikini
Switching divisions can always be a little scary at first. But when you have a good support system and a good coach in your corner, then it doesn’t have to be as daunting.
Really excited for ._and_squats being coached by as they head into a bit of a transitionary phase to get ready for the Bikini division after working for a long while toward Wellness.
👉🏼 It’s important to remember that you never know why someone is switching a division. And frankly, it’s none of our business. At the end of the day, we each have certain opinions about other people‘s physiques that… don’t matter.
What matters is that they are happy, healthy, and confident with who they are and What direction they are going with bodybuilding. 🤗
Excited to watch your confidence unfold in this new category Jess!! 👠

An incredible testament to how keeping a healthy body composition during a growth phase can REALLY help with the bodies ability to put on QUALITY muscle tissue.
A big part of her success was NAILING her reverse. That 6-12 weeks post show is a very sensitive time for the body and can be sooo hard to navigate if you aren’t prepared/have a plan.
She came to me and we made the plan.
Then executed. 😤
That set her up for this successful growth period!!

Looking forward to a couple more weeks here then backing off of food some to give her digestion a bit of a break and allow for insulin sensitivity to return to normal levels before we push again.
Taking her first full year off and I’m STOKKEDDD. 🥹

Ok. That one was my mom. 😂😂
You. Need. WATER.
Literally 60% of your body is water. Say you weigh 180lbs that means 102lbs of your body is WATER BASED!!
102lbs is 1632 OUNCES.
And talk telling me you can’t drink 100oz + to help your body function better???? 😭
How much do I need to drink a day?
Recommended daily amount of water intake is HALF your bodyweight in ounces.
‼️MORE if you workout!! (MUSCLE NEEDS WATER)‼️
Ok. Climbing off horse now.
Just drink the water ok ☺️

These are thing I value when it comes to working with each of my Posing clients. Meeting them where you at and not throwing the book at you 😅
POSING can be very overwhelming to a lot of people! But since it’s such a important part of bodybuilding it’s crucial that even though it’s hard to make it a priority 🙏🏼
