This Earth Day, we honor our connection to the ground beneath us which is the same foundation that supports us both on and off the mat.

In yoga, Tree Pose reminds us that balance begins with strong roots. If you’re needing something even more grounding on Earth Day book a Restorative practice with Shawn Marie where she will guide you through floor poses with stillness and connection to the root chakra, our center of safety, stability, and grounding.

While Tree Pose rises, a restorative class invites you to soften down, with gentle, floor-based postures, breathwork, and sound bath designed to help you feel supported from within.

We’re so excited to welcome Enso Apothecary to the hive as a beautiful new addition to our space and community.

Created by fellow yoga teacher Tamara, Enso Apothecary offers handmade, all-natural self-care products crafted right here in Fort Worth. Her offerings are rooted in care, intention, and alignment with the same values we hold close at BBYC.

Many of you may already recognize her from our Black History Month pop-up or as a contributor to this month’s April raffle, and now her products are here to stay awhile!

All purchases will be made directly through Enso via QR code. Simply explore the display in the studio and scan to shop.
