They're experts at spotting fall risks and making simple changes that protect your independence. 💜

For Occupational Therapy Month, here are 5 home safety tips straight from the OT playbook:
1. Install grab bars in the shower and near the toilet
2. Remove throw rugs to prevent falls
3. Use nightlights along pathways
4. Keep kitchen essentials within easy reach
5. Make sure stairs have sturdy, secure railings

What an exciting day for Palm Primary Care at the grand opening of our new Azle - Parkway clinic.

We were incredibly grateful for the huge turnout and the warm welcome from the community. Most of all, it was wonderful to see so many happy patients sharing in this special moment with us.

This new clinic reflects Palm Primary Care’s continued commitment to expanding access to quality, compassionate care close to home. We are proud to serve the Azle community and look forward to caring for patients and families at our new Parkway location.
