Cancellations:

I'm very sorry to report that I will be cancelling tomorrow's & next week's appointments. I have a small injury & pain in my bad wrist & don't want to push it. So I'm icing & bracing it in the meantime. Appointments should resume & be rescheduled for week after next.

Thanks for your continued patience & understandimg as I battle this process!

In my professional opinion, it is beneficial to start your day with a moment of gratitude, a nice full body stretch & 10-20 mins of yoga/meditation. Then of course a healthy breakfast preferably something with high calories & protein so you can tackle the day.
