✨Meet Millie Hunt, Executive Director✨

After 21 years in hospice, Millie knows what matters most: the people beside you doing the work and the difference you make to families in your care. Millie is known for her compassion and consistency. As a child, the opportunities she was given to help care for the elderly shaped who she became. Now, she brings compassion, consistency, and genuine presence to every patient in their end of life journey. When she's not with patients, you'll find Millie at concerts, taking walks, spending time with her grandkids, or talking with God. Millie's dream is to use her role, leadership expertise and education to do more of His will.

Thank you, Millie, for your hard work and steadfast care.

Caregiving takes tremendous strength. It also asks us to be vulnerable, to hold space for emotions we’ve never felt before, and to keep showing up even when we’re exhausted.

If you’re caring for a loved one who is facing a serious illness, know that your devotion matters deeply. You don’t have to carry this weight alone. The Concho Hearts team provides guidance, respite, and a steady hand through every challenge. Those who give so much care deserve to receive it, too.

You can trust Concho Hearts to act as an extension of your own family — that’s what hospice means to us.
