Located in the cultural gateway to the American west, Garden Terrace at Fort Worth, Texas, offers a rich experience for patients with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Our nursing home is designed as a safe, comfortable place where patients can receive the compassionate care they need from staff specially trained in dementia. In addition to 24/7 skilled nursing care, we offer physical, occupational and speech therapies on an inpatient and outpatient basis for patients to maintain higher function longer. In addition, our activities help engage residents' minds in pastimes that are meaningful to them.

Our staff and residents had a fairy-tale of a time celebrating Halloween Shrek-style! 🏰💚 From ogres and donkeys to fairy godmothers and dragons, everyone brought the magic (and the laughs!) to our skilled nursing facility. We may not live far, far away, but our amazing team and residents sure know how to make the day enchanting. ✨
