My very first Mother’s Day with my baby girl—and what a deep, indescribable love this is. I’ve never experienced anything like it, and I’m so grateful God chose me to be her mommy.

Today is also incredibly hard. I miss my own mom more than words can express. Her absence is deeply felt, but her spirit is all around me—I feel her in my heart, in my strength, and now in how I love my daughter.

I’m thankful for the many mother figures who continue to pour into me and uplift me. You remind me that I’m never alone on this journey.

This day is emotional, but also full of love. I promise to show up every single day for my baby girl and do everything I can to be the best mother I can be.
