We have a beautiful new place near us for yoga and gentle movement sessions with a certified physical therapist and they also have a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who provides mental health care. They also have sound immersion sessions with my sister Julie . Check out .health next to on Lillian highway just 5 minutes south of the clinic. Her space is so beautiful.
