🌟 Employee Spotlight of the Week: Precious Matthews, CNA 🌟
This week we’re excited to highlight Precious Matthews, one of our incredible Certified Nurse Assistants who truly embodies compassion and dedication in everything she does.
Precious has been in healthcare since 2016 and is approaching two years in hospice care. What she loves most about her role is the opportunity to build meaningful connections with residents—learning about the lives they lived and ensuring they are comfortable, cared for, and surrounded by compassion until the very end.
Outside of work, Precious enjoys cooking and embracing life as a boy mom, which means plenty of adventure and fun! She also shared how grateful she is for the opportunity to grow with Valor, saying she appreciates the chance to learn more and continue expanding her skills.
✨ Fun Fact: Precious proudly says she’s the “Jack of All Trades!”
