Our office will be closed for summer vacation from Monday June 30th-Saturday July 5th. We encourage you to plan ahead and schedule necessary visits/follow ups before the break. No medication refills, voicemails or portal messages will be addressed until after we resume normal business hours on July 7th.

Existing patients need to choose RETURNING PATIENT option so the system will add it to your existing account. Virtual visits are on Wednesday afternoons ONLY and are subject to availability.

Hi Everyone,

The holiday season is upon us so here’s our end-of-year schedule.

If you have wanted an appointment on Fridays in the past here’s your chance. We are normally closed on Fridays but will be open the Friday before Thanksgiving on 11/22 and before Christmas on 12/20. Online appointments are not available for these dates so you will need to call the office to request an appointment.

Thanksgiving-We will be OPEN normal hours Monday 11/25/2024 and Tuesday 11/26/2024 We will be CLOSED Wednesday 11/27/24 - Friday 11/29/2024

Christmas and New Year weeks -We will be CLOSED Monday 12/23/2024 - Friday 1/3/2025. We will resume normal hours on 1/6/2025.

Thank you for allowing us to take this holiday break time to rest and fellowship with our friends and family. During the breaks, we will not check email/portal messages or voice mail. So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE plan ahead. Schedule your visits to take advantage of deductibles being met, get physicals, prescriptions/refills, forms, etc handled BEFORE the holiday breaks.

Will there be ice and snow? It's possible! Sunday night - Monday a disturbance will track nearby and could spawn a little wintry mix. Right now, best chance of that is in the eastern half of the area. Too early to discuss totals, but at this time, they look light.
