As convenient as it may seem...

You shouldn't be taking all of your daily supplements at once.

Different vitamins and minerals absorb best at different times of the day — and some can even compete with each other when taken together.

☀️ Start your day with energy-supporting supplements like B vitamins, vitamin C, and probiotics. These tend to work best on an empty stomach and can help kickstart your metabolism, so take them right after you wake up.

🍽️ Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) need to be taken with food — ideally something with healthy fats — to be properly absorbed.

🌙 Some supplements, like magnesium or melatonin, are better taken before bed to support relaxation and sleep.

⚠️ Bonus tip: Avoid pairing calcium and iron together — they can block each other’s absorption. Spread them out instead!
