I passed!!! And in a few weeks I will be officially a certified Wim Hof Fundamentals Instructor!

These past 5 days have been hard. Really hard.

This experience has stretched me and my comfort zone is expanded. (Next time you see me ask me about my 10 minute cold plunge in the river. I’m going to be talking about it for years…)

I can’t wait to bring this next level of breathwork and cold training to our Waypoint community.

Poland • Day 4

What I’m learning from the cold.
It’s not just about getting through it, it’s about how you meet it.
With breath.
With softness.
With trust.

When my body (and mind) wants to tense or run, my breath reminds me I can stay.
That peace can exist even in the discomfort.

These are long twelve hour days of training, learning, and expanding. It’s intense, but there’s something powerful about being surrounded by people who are doing the inner work right alongside you.

And a fun surprise! There are four people here from France, so I’ve gotten to dust off my French. Small joys in the middle of big growth.l!

Your mindset is like the lens through which you see the world and the light you shine into it. One simple, daily practice can help you tap into your confidence and inner strength:

The “I Am Enough” Pause

Set a reminder 1–3 times a day.

Close your eyes, take a slow, deep breath.

Place your hand over your heart and repeat silently or aloud:

“I am enough. I am capable. My light matters.”

Visualize your confidence radiating outward like a gentle glow.

This small practice trains your brain to notice your worth, amplify your power, and let your authentic light shine even in moments of doubt.
