Because of the icy, snowy weather that is predicted, our Saturday 9am Mat class with Pam will be live-streamed. To attend from the warmth & comfort of your own home, go to our website, pilatesyogatraining.com.
Click on Recordings, then choose either Unlimited or Single Class. Enrolled students can click on the green Zoom Link. You will be put in the waiting room until admitted. See you in the morning!!

AT THE LAKE
On Monday, September 1, I will teach "Pilates at the Lake" on the deck at my house, 9am. I will send directions soon to enrolled students; your nav & map apps will work, too. If you like, bring something to share for after class.
