Curious about breast implant profiles? ๐Ÿค”โœจ

A common question during breast augmentation consultations is about implant profiles โ€” what they are and how they affect the look of your results.

๐Ÿ’› The profile refers to how much the implant projects, or โ€œsticks out,โ€ from the chest. Your chest measurements and your desired volume help determine which profile will create the most optimal result.

- Low profile: subtle projection for a gentle, natural shape

- Moderate profile: a balanced look that adds shape without too much projection

- Full profile: a little more projection for added contour

- Extended profile: the highest measurement for maximum projection and shaping

๐ŸŒŸ Every choice is tailored to your anatomy and your goals to create results that feel harmonious with your body.

๐Ÿ“ž Curious which implant profile might be right for you? Call or text Kirby Plastic Surgery at 817-292-4200 to schedule a consultation.

Letโ€™s talk about breast size!

Dr. Emily Kirby, board-certified plastic surgeon, explains how bra sizes can vary so much from brand to brand. A โ€œC cupโ€ in one might fit like a โ€œDโ€ in another! ๐Ÿ‘™

Thatโ€™s why during a breast surgery consultation, doesnโ€™t measure breast size by bra cups โ€” she measures by volume, in cc (cubic centimeters). ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ’ง

Using volume is a more consistent, accurate way to plan your results and ensure the size matches your proportions and goals. ๐Ÿ’ซ

Every body is unique โ€” and your perfect size is about balance, confidence, and what feels right for you. โœจ

A beautiful day at for some fat grafting!ย โœจ

Fat grafting โ€” also known as fat transfer โ€” is a procedure that uses your bodyโ€™s own fat to restore volume, enhance contours, and create natural-looking balance in areas like the breasts, buttocks, face, lips, and hands.

Because it uses your own tissue, fat grafting offers natural, soft, long-lasting results while also improving the area where the fat is taken.ย ๐Ÿ’ซ
