We are sorry for the inconvenience but we will need to remained closed today, as we do not have providers and staff that feel they can make it in to office safely by 1pm. We will send out communication tomorrow before 7am if we are not able to open on time.

Good morning! We hope everyone is staying safe and warm! The office will be closed till at least 1pm. We will send out another message by noon to confirm if the office will be able to open. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our families. We want to make sure roads are safe to travel on before staff would need to get out on the roads. Thank you for your understanding.

Good evening! We hope everyone is staying safe and warm. We have made the decision to go ahead and close the clinic tomorrow, as we do not feel our staff will be able to safely get to the office. If you have an appointment scheduled our staff will be reaching out to you tomorrow to reschedule. We will send updates for Tuesday prior to 7am on Tuesday.

With winter weather warnings for Friday through Sunday, we want to let our patients know that we watch local weather, Fort Worth and Keller ISD sites, as well public safety; to get guidance on whether it is safe enough to open. With the number of families canceling this afternoon, wet roads, temps dropping below freezing tonight we will not hold our Urgent Care Clinic Saturday morning.

We strive to keep clinics open for our families while keeping our staff and patients' safety, as our top priority. We will make a post on Monday morning by 7:00 am with updates. For patients already scheduled, you should receive a text message if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. We may have staff reach out regarding appointments or messages from blocked cell phone numbers so please keep that in mind if you might be expecting a call.

We hope everyone is able to stay inside where it is warm and dry this weekend, and on into next week if needed. Be Prepared and be Safe!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Server Migration This Friday (June 20th).

Please be aware that we are moving our servers this Friday, June 20th, starting at 4:45 PM. During this time, our phone lines will be temporarily unavailable.

For urgent matters only, please call our answering service at 817-294-6174, and they will direct your call appropriately.

Additionally, our EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system will be offline, meaning we won't be able to send prescriptions or access patient charts.

We anticipate all systems will be back up and fully operational by 10:00 PM on Friday.

Please note: We will NOT be holding Saturday clinic this weekend due to the server migration.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make this important transition!

Dear Families,

Please note that our office at 12461 Timberland Blvd will be closing as of June 2nd, 2025.

But don’t worry, you will continue to see the same friendly staff from Timberland, at our Beach Street location.

We will begin seeing ALL patients, at our office located at 9445 N Beach Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76244, as of June 2nd.

We hope you will continue to bring your precious children to us at our Beach Street location, and we understand that this transition may require some adjustment.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in the next few months as we work diligently to not interrupt the standard of care you expect from our Providers and staff.
