Join Trident as our next Vice President, EPC, where you’ll shape the future of our industrial and infrastructure projects from the top. You’ll lead safety, operations, profitability, and team development while aligning EPC ex*****on with Trident’s long-term growth strategy.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and grow the EPC division with full P&L responsibility
• Drive project ex*****on, quality, and safety across all jobs
• Oversee all engineering, field, and procurement teams
• Build customer relationships and expand market reach
• Coach and develop future EPC leaders

Who You Are:
• 10+ years in EPC or industrial construction leadership
• Proven record of scaling operations and managing teams
• Strong P&L ownership and project oversight experience
• Fluent in OSHA/MSHA standards and EPC industry tools
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management (MBA a plus)
