Summer is the BEST time of the year. Join us for another spectacular season of camps at Nanda!

We’re thrilled to announce 6 weeks of awesomeness filled with fun, creativity, and adventure! Whether your child is into Aerial Yoga, Wild science experiments at Mad Science, or want to get crafty at Camp Wanna Craft, there’s a camp for everyone!

🏅 Our Summer Camps have won Bronze in Best of DFW and we’ve successfully hosted 82 camps so far! Each program includes yoga, process art, and sensory play that reflects the week’s theme, providing a holistic experience for our yogis aged 4+ who are toilet independent.

We are putting a yogi twist on the classic “Rock, Paper, Scissors.” Instead of only using our hands, let’s use our entire body!

How to Play:
🪨 Chair Pose = Rock
✂️Star Pose = Scissors
📄 Mountain Pose = Paper

The winners are determined as follows:
Chair Pose (Rock) defeats Star Pose (Scissors) 🪨 > ✂️

Nanda Yoga- THE children’s yoga community of Fort Worth

Welcome to Nanda Yoga, Fort Worth’s first children’s yoga studio. We teach mindfulness and movement to children aged 6 weeks to 18 years of age. We offer Pre/postnatal yoga as well as family yoga.

We encourage children to find balance in life through playing yoga in a safe, serene, and welcoming space that embraces the child's full potential and nurtures a life filled with joy.

In Nanda Yoga’s non-competitive and inclusive environment, the students build strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness through playful yoga poses, yoga games, mindfulness, art, sensory activities, engaging music, and stories.

When children create a consistent yoga practice it will open the doors to positive transformation by creating a calm and peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart, and a strong feeling of self-acceptance. Classes are created based on the developmental needs for each age range and will provide an integrated learning experience that your child will love!
