🍌Cinnamon Banana Bread because regulating your hormones doesn’t mean breaking up with carbs.
Bananas bring the calm (magnesium + B6 for stress + mood), cinnamon helps balance blood sugar, and real butter keeps your hormones fed, not frantic.
Warm, cozy, and totally perfect for Fall (hey it is in the 70s here in Texas , so it counts as fall 😉).

🍌 Cinnamon Banana Bread
Cozy, blood-sugar-steadying, hormone-happy.
Mix: 2½ mashed bananas, 2 eggs, ½ cup melted butter, ¾ cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla.
Add: 1½ cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt.
Swirl: ¼ cup brown sugar + 1½ tsp cinnamon.
Bake: 350°F ~55-60 min (or Quick Bread cycle).
UNregulated (the name of my collective space - let me know if you would like to know more) never tasted this good 😈
