Our professionally certified instructors have over 600 hours of training and will inspire you to transform your body and feel your best. Our beautiful studio is equipped with professional Pilates equipment, plus lots of extras to keep your workouts fun and fresh. We can customize the perfect Pilates program for you and offer training for every level, lifestyle and budget with:

It’s very important to be led and taught by qualified Pilates Instructors, and we take pride in the training and standard of excellence that our Instructors offer to our clients. Here is a list of qualifications our Instructors must have in order to be on staff:

- completed training in a recognized, certified Pilates technique
- obtained or working to obtain over 500 hours of training, teaching, and observation
- committed to continued education in Pilates courses related to injury prevention, pregnancy, etc.

“Giselle graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Criminology, but her passion for health and movement inspired her to pursue a career in fitness and wellness. A dedicated mover who loves weightlifting, running, hot yoga, and Muay Thai, she developed a deep appreciation for the strength and mindfulness that Pilates brings to every body.

After completing her comprehensive BASI Pilates certification, Giselle now shares that passion by guiding clients to build balance, control, and confidence through purposeful movement. Fluent in Spanish, she creates an encouraging and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome and inspired to grow.“
