The Pilates Center offers you a peaceful, inviting place to experience Pilates - the mind body approach to exercise and well being. Our professionally certified instructors have over 600 hours of training and will inspire you to transform your body and feel your best. Our beautiful studio is equipped with professional Pilates equipment, plus lots of extras to keep your workouts fun and fresh. We can customize the perfect Pilates program for you and offer training for every level, lifestyle and budget with:

Meet our wonderful Studio Owner, Instructor, and BASI Pilates Faculty, Heather Gradke ❤️

Heather recently celebrated ten years of owning Pilates Center Fort Worth! She is a native Texan, and she started her journey of being a Pilates Instructor after taking over the Studio in an effort to learn more about the Pilates Industry. In that time, she has received her BASI Pilates Comprehensive Certification, along with numerous courses to continue her training including the BASI Pilates Advanced Education Legacy Program, Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies Course, and more. She went on to become a BASI Faculty Member, where she leads teacher training courses here in Fort Worth and other areas.

To know Heather is to love her! There is truly no better studio owner around, one that is invested in all of our clients and Instructors healths and Pilates journeys. We are blessed with the best leader and thankful for her knowledge and love of this Industry!

With the Winter season upon us, don’t forget we offer Private Pilates Zoom sessions! We’d love to help keep you moving in this colder weather ☃️ You can sign up for a Pilates Zoom session from one of our Instructors through Mindbody. This is great resource if you are traveling and want to keep up your Pilates classes or if we have winter weather.

What makes BASI Pilates training so special? It’s the:
- well-rounded teaching on all equipment, including mat
- pilates education rooted in classical teachings and combined with modern science
- required 500 hours to complete training which leads to very qualified, knowledgeable teachers

This isn’t a “fast-track” pilates teacher training that’s becoming increasingly popular; BASI Pilates training is a long-term investment into your Pilates education and your clients. You’ll walk away from the course with a deeper understanding and love for the Pilates practice. This is the reason we are so proud to be a BASI Host Studio!
