Balance is a measurable skill.
Understanding balance sometimes requires more than observation alone.

We use - a digital balance assessment tool that helps therapists objectively evaluate how the body maintains stability during simple, standardized movements. It captures data related to balance, cognition, and functional movement to support clinical decision-making.
While Sway is often linked to concussion testing, its value extends well beyond that.
At H2 Health, we use Sway to evaluate balance and stability for a wide range of patients, including those working on fall prevention, neurological recovery, return to activity, or overall movement confidence.

The data helps establish a baseline, track changes over time, and guide balance-focused treatment decisions alongside hands-on and clinical observation.

It gives both the therapist and the patient a clearer picture of how the body is responding and where to focus next.

We are proud of our team at Fort Worth Physical Therapy for presenting “Ergonomics, Posture, and Pain” to the University of Texas at Arlington Peer Health Educator Team.

The session shared practical ways to build healthy study habits, reduce strain during long study sessions, and promote overall wellness through mindful movement and posture.

The Peer Health Educator Team will share this knowledge across the UTA student body, promoting lifelong wellness through movement. Thank you to UTA for the opportunity to present and for welcoming our team to campus.

We are grateful for the entire team of athletic trainers supporting Arlington ISD Athletics!

Collaboration drives better outcomes, on and off the field.

The Fort Worth Physical Therapy–Arlington team, a H2 Health company, met with the Arlington ISD Athletic Trainers to share insights on advancing care for student athletes.

Together, they explored current perspectives on pain neuroscience in athletes, the role of neuroplasticity in ACL rehabilitation, and how teamwork between physical therapists and athletic trainers helps bridge the gap between rehab and performance.

We appreciate the Arlington ISD Athletic Training team for their shared commitment to athlete health and recovery.
