✨ Now Licensed in the State of Michigan ✨

I am beyond proud and deeply honored to share that I am now officially licensed to provide therapy services in the state of Michigan and am currently accepting telehealth clients.

Serving my home state is incredibly meaningful to me. Michigan is where my roots were planted, where I was shaped, challenged, and supported, and where community poured into me in ways that made me who I am today. To now return in this capacity, offering care, healing, and support, feels like a full circle moment and a true privilege.

If you have been considering counseling, this may be your sign to take that next step. You do not have to carry everything alone. Support is available, and you deserve care that feels affirming, compassionate, and grounded in understanding.

✨ To get started:
• Request your first appointment at mbswholehealth.com/contact
• Or call our office directly at 682-292-8087

I would be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

Today was supposed to be my focus day. I turned my phone off, ready to lock in, but instead, I ended up in my garden. The freeze had burned a lot of my leaves, so I started pruning. Then I saw my little watermelon. It had stopped growing weeks ago. Just one tiny fruit. Out of curiosity, I cut it open, and it was red, juicy, full of seeds, full of potential.

That moment stopped me. The watermelon had everything it needed to thrive, but it never reached its full size. And I realized I had done the same thing with my garden that I sometimes do in my life. I kept my seedlings in small pots too long because I was afraid to move them. I told myself I was protecting them, but really, I was avoiding the work it takes to clear space and move forward.

Somewhere in that tiny watermelon was a message. Growth cannot happen in comfort. You cannot bloom if you are afraid to leave the space where you feel safe. Protecting what you have planted too much can actually keep it from thriving.

I have been feeling like I am bumping up against a wall lately, full of ideas and vision, but stagnant. And I get it now. It is time to move my roots. To pull the weeds, do the work, and let God stretch me into a bigger garden. Because staying small feels safe, but it is also where things stop growing.

That little watermelon was my reminder. The potential is already in me. I just need to stop settling for spaces that can no longer hold who I am becoming.
