Former NFL pro linebacker, David Howard, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Empower Me, Inc. I've spent two years in the USFL (United States Football League) before being signed to play for the Minnesota Vikings, Dallas Cowboys, and New England Patriots of the NFL. I Retired from the NFL after 9 seasons to follow my dreams of building an entrepreneurship that supports adults and school aged individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Empower Me, Incorporated has provided twelve years of successful service in supporting adults and school aged students with autism and learning disabilities in the workplace using positive behavior supports. We provide vocational training, person centered planning, direct assessment, behavior intervention, supported employment, and customized employment to a growing number of clients such as the Social Security Administration, Mental Health of Tarrant County (MHMRTC), Nish & Ability One, and Fort Worth ISD. We also provide passenger transportation, vocational rehabilitation services, and ambulatory health care services.
