I’m so honored & excited to announce my emergence from my metamorphic hiatus. Since learning about yoga it has been of my continual safe mental health coping mechanisms. I’ve officially been teaching for over 6 years and I know what it’s like to feel unwelcome in “love & light” yoga spaces. Join us as we unite the mind, heart & body. 🙏🏽❤️‍🔥
