Join us in celebrating our March DON and ADONs of the Month, Isabel Ndang, DON and Lori Denise Neal, ADON at Lake Lodge Nursing and Rehabilitation!

Isabel has been with Creative Solutions since 2016 and the DON at Lake Lodge since 2023. Isabel is dedication to both her residents and staff. She continuously looks for opportunities to enhance the quality of life and care for her residents. Isabels leadership is also evident during her interactions with her staff and the great work environment she promotes for her staff.

Lori has been at Lake Lodge since August 2021. She has been in the ADON role for 4 years now. Lori continuously goes above and beyond her role as ADON. Her commitment and passion for her residents has not wavered in the 5 years she has been at Lake Lodge; it has only gotten stronger. Lori ensures her residents receive the best care possible while continuing to keep her systems in order.

Lake Lodge just completed their annual/federal survey. Under Isabel and Lori's leadership and guidance, Lake Lodge only received 2 low level tags! Their passion and commitment for their residents is also reflected by Lake Lodge having a 5 Star Quality Measure Rating! Their leadership isn't just seen at Lake Lodge; they both are a true asset to the Creative Solutions family!

Ms. Barbara Filipp and our COTA, Elizabeth, at Shady Oak Nursing share more than a birthday, they share a 10 year bond that embodies family, friendship, and joy. Their celebrations over the years have been filled with laughter, smiles, and cherished memories, reminding us that our residents are at the heart of everything we do.

For the past 10 years, Ms. Barbara Filipp and our COTA, Elizabeth, have shared more than just a birthday—they’ve shared a special bond that feels just like family. Barbara lovingly says they’re “twins,” and we couldn’t agree more! 🥰

Hearing from families and visitors is the highlight of our day! Our teams take great pride in going above and beyond to provide the highest standard of care for your loved ones. We are so grateful for these kind words and the trust our families place in us.

What better way to end " the golden rule week" than to share some kind words from one of our visitors, Renee Cejka. Renee's parents are here with us. We asked her what she likes about our facility. Renee said " I love that y'all treat my parents like family and I have peace knowing that y'all take care of them and the other residents." She added " Everyone is always welcoming and friendly. I love that there is good communication with the staff".
