If you desire to improve your health, your diet is where you need to begin. Diet is the foundation on which your health is built upon. A healthy diet is not something we do for a little while to get to a specific end point (weight loss). When we say diet we mean a lifestyle; actually looking at the food you consume and coming up with a change which you believe you can live with for the rest of your life. There is no one perfect diet for anybody. We recommend a Paleo or bulletproof style diet for some people and a ketogenic diet for others. We will help you find what works for you, and not only what improves your health on paper but also what makes you feel good. There are many health issues and common diagnosis that have almost become accepted as we age. Many of these should not be accepted and should be understood as the result of the way we chose to eat. Insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes are reversible. Much of the cardiovascular disease that people develop could be reduced or prevented. We don't have to age the way the common Westerner does. It will always begin with your diet. If you hear nothing else and if you do nothing else if you will just start shopping the perimeter of your grocery store you will improve your health dramatically. Eating produce, meet, eggs, full fat dairy, and staying away from the processed food and the added sugar would be life changing. Anybody who wants help with their diet can reach out to us.

Life is built on choices. Sometimes to follow through on your choices you have to go to war with the circumstances of the day. There are days that despite your best made plans it seems like everything in the day was designed to prevent you from accomplishing what you intended too. When that happens you can choose to bow a knee to the circumstances and tap out, which is what most people do. Or you can choose to be a warrior and fight back against the unforeseen circumstances. Life is not here to coddle you and often when one decides to live his day on purpose that means he will have to go to war with the things that stand in his way. Even in the midst of a hard day you can still make the choice to do what is necessary. A true warrior always does so with gratitude. Even in the worst circumstances there is always something to be thankful for. Find that something and expressed gratitude and then with everything in you fight against what prevents you from reaching your goals. Goals are obtainable but it always hinges on continuing to choose what is necessary to get there. After today I wanted to eat a cookie and go to bed but instead I chose to eat Paleo and have a killer weight session in my garage. I'm in control of my life.

One thing we hear often from people is that they don't have enough time to work out or make good food choices. We understand all too well.

But telling yourself that you don't have enough time is nothing more than an excuse. Procrastination breeds more procrastination which breeds a habit of not doing. Instead, make your life a habit of DOING. It's amazing what you can accomplish with a kettle bell and a couple dumbbells and 20-30 minutes. While you're telling yourself you don't have enough time there's someone else grinding it out. Change your attitude - change your life.
