Day 15…the start of the final week, week 3.
I have spent so much time believing the lie that I’m too busy to feed myself and my family well. But since starting this cleanse I am discovering new healthy recipes that I love so much and find myself wondering why I don’t cook like this all the time. The leftover meatloaf was brought to life by the delicious sautéd green beans with mushrooms, garlic, and onions! Soooo yummy and a quick and easy win for lunch!
I followed that with hands down the most delicious bun-less burger I’ve ever eaten (topped with spinach, tomato, onion and a fresh jalapeño guacamole! Feel free to get super creative with your meals and you may surprise yourself!
