Is Ecstatic Dance Fort Worth kid friendly? :

ABSOLUTELY! Kids 12 and under dance for free! We are a multigenerational space and welcome all abilities, all ages, all experience levels!

For the safety of our containers + children, kiddos must be within your eyesight at all times. Invite them into the experience with you! If they’re timid - or not ready to join their first time THAT’s OK - it takes us grown ups time to soften into the experience TOO! Let them witness + participate on their own time

We just ask that you do not allow them to roam or hangout in the hallways outside of the dance floor without you. ❤️

Meet your dance facilitator ✨

Hi! I’m Rose Bud — a mother, wife, movement enthusiast, and space holder devoted to embodied presence, nervous system attunement, and helping others feel at home in their bodies.

My Ecstatic Dance journey began in 2019. At that time in my life, I was deeply disconnected from my body, my desires, and my intrinsic joy. I struggled with self-consciousness and crippling social anxiety.

Through a dedicated dance practice, I slowly learned how to drop the stories, listen to my body, and trust myself. I wouldn’t be who I am today without Ecstatic Dance.

My mission is simple: I create spaces where movement becomes medicine.

A committed dance practice became a doorway to deeper presence, self-expression, and authentic connection — a path that continues to shape the way I move, live, and hold space today.

Now I share this practice as an invitation to be curious about yourself, explore, and come home to your body. My intention is to support you in remembering the inner divinity within.
