Please note - I need at least an hour's notice to prepare for a massage. I have to prepare myself, my room and it takes time to heat up the towels I use. You can ask for a spur of the moment massage but it's a roll of the dice. It's much better to plan at least 24 hours ahead of time. Thank you! Hello massage fans and those new to massage! Please note that it's hard for me to do a spur-of-the-moment massage these days. I require at least an hour's notice to prepare and prefer at least 24 hours notice. I will accept massages on short notice when I can, but please try to plan ahead when possible.
