Dear FWAAA patients-

Due to the ongoing restoration efforts in our building in the aftermath of the fire upstairs several weeks ago, there are a couple of temporary inconveniences regarding access to our office we want to make you aware of. The 2nd floor hallway to the right of the elevator bank that leads directly to our suite is temporarily closed, so to access our office patients will need to either turn left at the elevator bank and walk around the other way, or enter on the first floor and take the stairs up to the 2nd floor and turn right. The public restrooms on the 2nd floor are also temporarily closed, but the restrooms on the 1st floor are open.

We are hoping that everything will be back to normal by the end of the weekend, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you!

Dear FWAAA Patients-

A quick update- we are planning to open the office and allergy shot desk tomorrow at our usual start time, but will we are going to close the allergy shot desk at 5:00 instead of the usual Wednesday end time of 6:00 to allow our staff to get back home before dark since we are anticipating some residual ice on the roads persisting through tomorrow. Thank you all for your understanding and everyone be safe out there tomorrow.

Dear FWAAA Patients-

We were hoping things would melt off enough today to allow our staff to safely drive in tomorrow, but it does not look like that is going to be the case. Thus the office and allergy shot desk will be closed again tomorrow, Tuesday, 1/27, and we will reopen at our normal time on Wednesday, 1/28. We are sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone's understanding as we put our staff's safety first. Everyone be safe out there.

Dear FWAAA Patients-

In keeping with our policy to follow FWISD when deciding to close the office due to inclement weather, the office and allergy shot desk will be closed on Monday, January 26. We are hoping to re-open on Tuesday at our normal hours but will need to see how things progress today and tomorrow and will post further updates when we can. Everyone stay safe and warm!

Dear FWAAA patients-

From fire to ice- fortunately we have been fully operational since Wednesday in the aftermath of the building fire. But with with the weather outlook not looking good for this weekend and into Monday, we want to remind everyone that our policy is to follow FWISD when it comes to making the determination to close the office due to inclement weather. It appears to be very likely that we will be closed on Monday, January 26, but we will update the page once that determination is official. Everyone stay safe and warm out there!

Dear FWAAA patients-

An update on the office in the aftermath of the building fire- barring any new developments overnight our plan is to reopen the office and the allergy shot desk tomorrow, Wednesday 1/21, at our normal hours. Please be advised that there is a definite residual smoke smell in the building, so if you are sensitive to scents you may want to wait a few more days before coming in if possible. If anything changes we will post another update- thanks to everyone for their patience and understanding.

Dear FWAAA patients-

As some of you may know, there was a fire in our building last night that involved on office on the top floor. It was extinguished fairly quickly, but our office did sustain some water damage in the lobby and front office areas and the smell of smoke is still fairly strong. As a result we will not be able to see patients today, and we will have to play it by ear as far as when we will be able to begin seeing patients again based on how quickly restoration services can get in here and get things cleaned up. So both the office and allergy shot desk are going to be closed today, Tuesday, January 20, and we will post additional updates once we have them. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Dear FWAAA patients:

An update on the office hours over the holidays:

The office and allergy shot desk will be open during our usual hours on Monday, 12/22 and Tuesday 12/23. We will then be closed Wednesday 12/24, Thursday 12/25 and Friday 12/26.

We will re-open during our usual hours Monday 12/29, Tuesday 12/30 and Wednesday 12/31, then will be closed on Thursday 1/1 for New Year's Day. We will then reopen for our usual hours on Friday 1/2.

The office and allergy injection desk will be closed on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will be open during our normal hours through Wednesday. November 26 and will re-open at our usual hours on Monday, December 1. We wish all of you and your families a Happy Thanksgiving!
