Ashley kicked some butt today and showed off her improved balance and endurance! Second evaluation is next week to see how much muscle she has gained!

I'm so happy to have the opportunity to train this lovely lady again. It's been the good part of 5 years since our last session at 24 Hour Fitness. We are going to kick some major butt this summer! Congrats Priscilla!!

Thanks for coming out and getting a mother's day workout before indulging in all the festivities! Next bootcamp will probably be in two weeks. Give me some feedback on what exercises you would like to do more of or less of. ;) Let me know if there's a better time (besides holidays) that would make it easier to attend as well. In home training sessions allow you to benefit from working with a personal trainer in the privacy of your own home conveniently around your busy schedule.
On location training sessions take place in a state of the art personal gym in North Fort Worth. You will be able to utilize specific equipment and one on one time with a personal trainer in the gym with less of a corporate feel.
I offer nutritional information, rehabilitation/corrective exercise, FREE initial assessment and 4 week followup progress assessments.
