We provide inpatient and outpatient treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health and substance use challenges. Mesa Springs Behavioral Health Hospital offers inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming in the Fort Worth, Texas community. Our evidence-based treatment for adolescents and adults addresses a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and alcohol and drug addiction. We offer specialized treatment for active-duty military, veterans, first responders and other high-risk frontline professionals as part of our Help for Heroes Program, along with a Women's Only Program.

As part of our ongoing commitment to serving the needs of our community, we’re proud to announce the opening of our new Help for Heroes unit, a dedicated space designed to support the mental health needs of those who serve and have served our country and community.

This specialized unit provides focused, trauma-informed care for active-duty service members, veterans, first responders, and frontline healthcare professional. Patients will receive specialized therapies tailored to their unique experiences and therapeutic needs, all within a safe and supportive environment for healing and recovery.
