ICYMI: Dr. Stacy Abbatello, DC has joined the Align My Spine team, practicing at our Justin location.

Dr. Stacy has been practicing chiropractic care since 2009, with a passion for supporting families through every stage of life. A graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, she specializes in prenatal and pediatric care, helping mothers experience healthier pregnancies and supporting children’s growth and development from infancy through adolescence.

Dr. Stacy provides personalized, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs. She is certified in the Webster Technique, a specialized approach focused on optimizing pelvic balance during pregnancy, and is also certified in dry needling, offering targeted relief for muscle tension and pain.

Known for her warm and compassionate approach, Dr. Stacy is dedicated to helping her patients feel their best and function at their highest level.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and three dogs. She loves traveling, hiking, and getting lost in a good book.

Dr. Stacy welcomes new patients and looks forward to supporting you and your family on your wellness journey.

One of the most common things I hear from patients is trouble sleeping, muscle tension, or just feeling constantly “on.”

Magnesium can be a simple way to support your body, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, or high stress seasons.

This is one I keep in the office and use personally from Rowe Casa Organics. Easy to use and something I recommend often for tight muscles and better sleep.
