L-Theanine is an amino acid most commonly found in green tea that can be used to promote healthy sleep, reduce stress and give a sense of calm, help regulate blood pressure and ease the come down from stimulants. Doses typically range from 200mg-600mg per day. For me, typical doses are
200mg with pre-workout
200-400 mg for sleep
600mg for dentist 🦷 😱 🤪
