We have a love-hate relationship with the dilation station — but it works. Sitting on the toilet helps relax the pelvic floor, encourages optimal positioning, and uses gravity to support cervical dilation. 🤌🏼

• Arrive a few minutes early so you can breathe + settle in
• Bring your partner or support person if you’d like
• Have your questions ready - we’re here to answer them
• It may be abdominal or transvaginal
• And no need for a full bladder for this ultrasound!
