We’re proud to be a donor drop off site for the Mother’s Milk Bank of North Texas!

What this means:
Approved milk donors can drop off their donated breast milk right here at our location, and picked up by the milk bank of North Texas themselves. That milk is then carefully screened, processed, and distributed to families who need it most.

How to get involved:
Whether you’re looking to donate or hoping to receive donor breast milk, the first step is connecting with the Mother’s Milk Bank of North Texas. Donors complete a screening and approval process, and once approved, can use our site as a convenient drop-off location. 🤍

Ever wonder what we’re measuring with the tape measure at your prenatal visits?

That’s called fundal height! It’s the distance from your p***c bone to the top of your uterus & it helps us track baby’s growth and development over time.

Fun fact: around 20 weeks and beyond, the measurement in centimeters usually lines up with how many weeks pregnant you are, give or take a little.

It’s a simple screening tool we use alongside listening to baby’s heartbeat and checking in on how you’re feeling. But remember, every body and every pregnancy is different. If a measurement is ever outside the typical range, it just means we take a closer look, not that something is automatically wrong!

Talk to your midwife and don’t be afraid to ask questions! That’s what we’re here for. 🤍
