A little nutrition fun: Greek yogurt is a much easier way to get your protein! You can substitute it for sour cream or maynaise! On a potato, chicken salad, tuna sandwich, it makes salads creamy, dipping veggies... The list doesn't end! I even made it for a healthy ranch dip & used it in taco soup! I also use it if a dish is too spicy!

I gotta brag on one hard working fella, Don Walter, has been my client for 4 years! He is has not worn this jacket in over 34 years because he could not fit into it! He is 76 years young & has lost over 200 pounds!!! If you or a loved one want to get stronger or more balanced (Don had a high risk of falling at one time) call me!!!

My goal for getting a trainer was to develop a lifelong commitment to personal health for my family. Mindy’s passion to balance healthy exercise and good nutrition has helped us all develop the skills to achieve our goals. Mindy was able to adapt our workouts to keep my son engaged from sixth grade through high school. We leave each workout encouraged by what we can accomplish.

Everyone knows we need Omega-3 Fatty Acids but what is one of the easiest way to get it? But eggs enriched with omega-3! Hens lay eggs with more of the healthy fatty acid if they are fed flaxseeds, fish, oil, or algae!
