On January 8th, we held our Annual Membership Meeting & Celebration Dinner. We held an electronic ballot system to allow those not in attendance to also vote. Our new slate of board members were voted into office. Please welcome our 2026 Board of Directors.

The 2026 Texas Mental Health Creative Arts Contest, hosted by the Texas Institute for Excellence in Mental Health (TIEMH), explores the theme: “What Does Mental Health Mean to You?”

Submit traditional art, photography, writing, or digital media that reflects struggles, healing, and how mental health shows up in everyday life. This statewide contest helps normalize mental health conversations—and reminds us we’re not alone.
