Men are often taught to push through stress, anger, anxiety, and difficult seasons without slowing down.

Over time, that approach can take a toll—on your health, your relationships, and your sense of direction.

Counseling isn’t weakness.
It’s taking responsibility for your life.

At Champion’s Fight, I work with men navigating:
• Chronic stress and anxiety
• Trauma and unresolved experiences
• Divorce, fatherhood, and major life transitions
• Loss of purpose or direction

You don’t need to be in crisis to start.
You just need a space to be honest.

I’ve learned over the years that everyone carries a story no one else can see. I’ve worked with people navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. I’ve been there myself in life's journey.

Counseling gives people a place to slow down, breathe, and rebuild from a place of strength—not perfection. If you’re carrying more than you let others see, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

If you’re ready to take the next step forward, I’m here to walk with you.
Let’s get to work.

I’ve faced pressure in a lot of different places throughout my life—serving twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, pushing through the grind of two Ironman races, and recovering from a motorcycle accident that forced me to rebuild my body and mindset.

But none of those compared to the pressure that came from life itself.
The grief, loss, and personal battles that don’t make headlines but change you forever.

Those moments taught me something I carry into my work every single day:
humans are resilient in ways we rarely see in ourselves.
We’re capable of rebuilding, rising, and choosing to keep moving—even when the road feels impossible.

These experiences shaped Champion’s Fight and the mission behind it—helping people discover the strength they already have and learn how to use it with purpose.

This is why I do the work I do today.

🔗 If you know someone navigating pressure, remind them they’re stronger than they think.

Leading from Both Sides: What Counseling Teaches About Sports, and What Sports Teach About Counseling
Human development doesn’t happen in isolation. The same challenges that show up in the counseling room—identity, pressure, resilience, confidence—appear just as clearly on the field.

In athletics, we see these moments unfold in real time:

• A mistake under pressure
• A difficult coach-player conversation
• A young athlete questioning their confidence
• The emotional weight of expectations

And in counseling, we work through the deeper patterns driving those responses.

This new Champion’s Fight blog explores how both worlds sharpen one another. Counseling teaches the why behind performance. Sports teach the how behind growth. Together, they build stronger athletes and stronger people.
If you’re an athlete, parent, coach, or someone navigating pressure—this one is worth reading.

Life doesn’t pause for us to catch our breath. Sometimes the pressure, the trauma, the grief, or the anxiety keeps building until it feels like you’re carrying it alone.

At Champion’s Fight, counseling is a place to slow down, be heard, and start putting the pieces together in a way that feels manageable. You don’t have to have the “right words” or a perfect plan. You just need a willingness to show up.

This is your reminder:
Healing starts with one honest conversation.
Growth starts with one choice.
You don’t have to do this alone.

If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to walk with you at your pace.

Let’s get to work.
