Happy 6th anniversary

I love your beautiful Godstory!!

It's a story that needs to be told... you never know how God might bless you from one little act of kindness.

It all started when... Kristee locked her keys in her car at church. 🤦‍♀️ Andrea's sister, Tara, (a stranger to Kristee at the time) came over to help her. During the next few months, Tara and Kristee became best of friends and eventually schemed to set up a blind date for Bryan (who was living in California) and Andrea (who lives in Chattanooga, Tn) to meet. Although miles away, God truly orchestrated a very special meeting of these 2 amazing people.

The rest is history.

It's a GREAT Reminder: Follow those little God nudges on your heart. You never know where they might lead you.

I love it when people tell me she looks like she is one of my girls! I’ve been praying for this amazing young lady before she was even born! I feel like God gave me a huge YES!!! Andrea is one of the most gracious, patient, Jesus loving, and fun girls you will ever meet! We feel extremely blessed to have her in our family!!

We love you Bryan & Andrea! And now we have our beautiful little Caroline!

🌟 Sometimes, the things we resist the most offer the greatest transformations. I admit, I wasn't always a fan of networking—like many, the thought alone made me uneasy. But when I finally embraced it, I discovered it was more than just meeting people; it was a divine appointment to grow, stretch, and break free from my own limits. 🙌

I personally witnessed my dad's life change dramatically when he got involved in network marketing. Being surrounded by highly motivated people who dream big and serve others—it's truly life-changing.

Each connection, each conversation has been a step out of my comfort zone, pushing me towards the leader I never imagined I could be. Through doubts and fears, I've seen God's hand at work, breaking chains and lighting paths I never dared to walk before. 🕊️

As the church filled up with hundreds of people, I could feel Kenny's dad's presence in the service. I could feel his impact. I could feel the depth of his legacy. I could feel the love for him, Bob lived a life of service. His life of service was lived as a life helping, guiding, and serving others. His life was never about him. It was always about encouraging others to word Jesus. We will Miss him so much.

Even as I type this out, tears are running down my face because he made such a huge impact on so many lives, in my life, my children's lives.

All I know, is that in his service, watching the love, watching the impact, watching his legacy unfold in the church, something changed in me. In that moment, I wanted to live a bold legacy. I felt a new sense of responsibility to be MORE...

So many women come to me after the DOCTOR's report to say,
"Ok! I am ready!"
I HAVE to take care of my health.

I love helping women in whatever state they are in, but it truly breaks my heart when they wait until they are in such a broken place. They have watched me for years but afraid to take the first step.

I believe the biggest obstacle holding women back isn't time, money, or any other external reason—it's our inner dialogue. Thoughts like:

It's saying...

🤷‍♀️ "Now's not a good time. I'm too busy. I'll start later..."

This year has taught me a lot about life and faith. One important lesson I've learned is that when God closes one door, He opens another. Even when I feel confused or lost, I can feel His gentle guidance reminding me that He always knows what’s best for me. Learning to trust Him has been one of the best gifts in my life! 🙏💖

This past month has been tough for me. I’ve had to make some big changes in my health and fitness coaching, and it hasn’t been easy. But during this hard time, I started to see a new path ahead of me, and it gave me new passion and hope.

Since my Kristee Walker got sick with cancer, I’ve been learning a lot about health. We’ve been researching how to take care of our bodies better. I used to never pay attention to ingredients or where my vitamins came from. Now, I’ve discovered how important it is to know these things! It’s amazing how much better I feel when I make healthier choices! 🌱💪

My passion is still for to help others be healthy and inside and out through Christ, but now it feels even more meaningful. I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned in my free info group: **Healthy Habits, Happy Life**. Together, we can explore ways to be healthy and happy, supporting each other on this journey.

Most people WANT to change, but not ENOUGH.

Are you excited to wake up in the mornings? This question was on my Daily Fire podcast from my mindset coach today. Yes! I have a mindset coach. Anyways, this question disturbed me because I knew I had lost some of my fire. Sweet friend, it is so easy to fall off track. For me, I realized I had been going through some of the motions, checking things off but not with spirit of WHO I AM IN CHRIST. Not with the true mission that I know what I do, what my team has to offer will change lives. Actually, change generations.

As I pondered this, I became excited again, even got cold chills running up and down my arms because how blessed am I to be a part of a team with a mission like this???
So...
If you wake up and find yourself in the same routine, same habits, rushing everywhere, frantically getting to work, counting down the minutes to get home, grabbing dinner, stressed all day... WHY WOULD YOU EXPECT YOUR LIFE TO BE ANY DIFFERENT?

That's where I was 5 years ago. I was exhausted, hurrying everywhere and not taking care of me at all. Let me tell you, you can't pour out from an empty cup. It saddens me deeply when women tell me they don't have time to take care of themselves because I know what it did to me.

My poor husband always got the brunt of it. I nagged, complained, found fault and looked to him to find my confidence. I was in a rut!

These programs (workouts and nutrition courses), team and shake have changed me. AND to think I get to earn an income and earn trips like the cruise I am going on in October ..... still blows my mind.

These last 5 years of coaching even through Kristee's battle with cancer have blessed me in more ways than I can count.
God has transformed me MORE in the past 5 years than in the 58 that came before it.

I would say YES 1,000X over again!!!
I hope you love what you do everyday as much as I do.
If not, maybe it's time for a change!!!

My Team FAITfit Sisters and I are starting a new challenge on the 27th that I am so excited about! We have some big goal starting with being healthy inside and out! We will be using this book “Full” as Guide to go along our nutrition plan and workouts.

I have been reading this book and I am so excited by the way that it has touched me to get real, awaken my desire for more of God, and live a FULL life!

What will people think?
What if no one joins me?
What if I don't know how to help people?
What if I don''t know what to do?
What if I embarrass my children!!!!!!!!!?

These are all the thoughts that went through my head as I sat at my dining room table to send out my 1st BUSINESS LAUNCH POST! Then, I hit send.

I was frozen,
My heart was racing!
The mean girl in me came out and began to belittle me, reminding me of every failure.

So, I pulled out my Bible and read my Isaiah 61. Turned on my Joyce Meyer podcast, Battle Field of the Mind and started praying. I went over to the mirror and reminded myself of my WHY!! I believe God has called me to this ministry.

My team of coaches encouraged me!
I began to think I CAN DO THIS!!
YES!! I CAN DO THIS! with the power of Jesus.
I WANT TO DO THIS!!

1st of all let's get one thing straight!!! Those thoughts of fear are from the ENEMY! He does NOT want you to get out of your comfort zone, to help others be healthy inside and out and certainly does not want you to give God the praise.

Starting this business has been one of the BEST decisions my whole life! To take a leap of faith when you aren't quite sure how it's all going to work out, but you do it anyways is FREEING!
I certainly didn't have all the answers but I believed in my mission.

Oh that is MEEEE!.

Where are my peanut butter, coffee loving, workout girls who love to earn an income?

BUT..

I remember when I started reaching out to people about my health and fitness business, it was scary. I'm actually very private reserved person but at the same time i was so excited about this NEW ME that I just couldn't hold it in.

BUT GOD...

I had this new passion! I'd wake up at night thinking about it. I jumped out of bed ready for the day! Who was this new person anyways??

I believe God puts these visions in our heart for a reason. I believe he has put certain women in my path for a reason. Some of them for health, some just for encouragement and some to make me a stronger person. So, don’t try to talk yourself out the visions that are meant for your life.

I know someone reading this today NEEDS it and I hope it inspires you navigate through whatever choices you’re making in your life.
